Refund Policy

When you are eligible for a refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- We cannot assess your profile. If your intake is too incomplete, or your profile falls clearly outside all pathways PathwayBrief can responsibly cover, we will contact you. If we cannot produce a useful brief after any follow-up, we will issue a full refund rather than sending a generic report.
- Your brief is not delivered within 10 business days of a complete intake, and we have not contacted you about a delay or requested clarification.
To request a refund, email support@pathwaybrief.com with your name and the email used at checkout. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
When refunds are not issued
- After your brief has been delivered. Once the PDF has been sent to your email, the service has been fulfilled.
- If you disagree with the brief's findings. PathwayBrief briefs reflect pathway research and known obstacles, not promises of eligibility. A conservative or discouraging finding is not a service failure.
- If your intake was materially incomplete or inaccurate and you declined to provide clarification when asked.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time on the receiving bank's end is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
